The Mosaic of Being
When the life that once made sense
no longer fits
You may understand yourself intellectually and still find yourself repeating relationship patterns—choosing emotionally unavailable partners, struggling to express your needs, people-pleasing, or carrying anxiety that never quite goes away.
Understanding is not always enough.
Change begins when we explore what lies beneath.
Through systemic therapy, Family Constellations and nervous system-informed approaches, I help uncover the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck.
Who I Work With
Many of the people who find their way to this work are thoughtful, self-aware and deeply reflective.
They have often spent years trying to understand themselves. They have read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended workshops, explored therapy or personal development.
And yet, despite all the insight, something still feels stuck.
Perhaps you find yourself repeating the same relationship dynamics, even though you can see them clearly. Perhaps you are drawn to emotionally unavailable partners, struggle to express your needs, or find yourself putting everyone else’s needs before your own.
You may be highly capable on the outside, yet privately wrestle with self-doubt, anxiety or a persistent sense that something is holding you back.
You understand your patterns intellectually, but continue to find yourself caught in them.
You do not need to have a diagnosis, a crisis or a clear explanation for why you are here.
Sometimes it is enough to know that the way things have been is no longer working.
The Mosaic
of Being
Where old stories lose their power —
and new ones begin.
Our lives, much like a mosaic, are made up of countless pieces—moments, memories, choices and experiences—each contributing to the larger picture of who we are.
At times, life events can create cracks or distortions in that image, leaving us feeling fragmented, disconnected or no longer quite ourselves.
I often think of life as having a kaleidoscope effect: when one piece shifts, the entire structure transforms.
Healing works in much the same way.
Sometimes it is not the whole picture that needs to change, but the way we understand one part of it.
A belief. A relationship. A story we have carried about ourselves for years.
When one piece shifts, new possibilities begin to emerge.
What once felt confusing can start to make sense. What once felt fixed can begin to soften.
The beauty of the mosaic is restored—not by erasing the fractures, but by honouring them as part of the design.
Mosaic of Being is a space for that exploration, healing and reconnection.
A space where all parts of you are welcome.

My sessions with Patrycja were a life saver. Talking to her weekly really helped me get everything in my head straight. I was a complete mess when we first met and slowly week by week she helped me find me again. I gained strength and peace from each session and was able with her help to let go of a lot of hurt that was inside me. I would recommend her enormously. x
